This event offers an opportunity for visitors to experience the customs and traditions of the cowboys known as butteri from the Maremma region in Tuscany who, in the past, had the difficult job of capturing and taming cattle.
During the festival, visitors can watch equestrian competitions and tests of skill on horseback, as well as savour local produce and wines.
