Piani degli Alpaca

Piani degli Alpaca is the largest alpaca breeding farm in Italy.
Here, you will have the opportunity to experience something unique and exciting and see alpacas of all colours up close. You’ll be charmed by their sweet nature.

About us

Since 2015, the company has been breeding alpacas in the municipality of Tarquinia, very close to the sea, on a wonderful 700-hectare farm.
At the beginning there were only 11 alpacas living in this area, today the breeding has greatly expanded to over 150 carefully selected huacaya of different colours coming from the most important genealogical lines in the world.

Walks with Alpacas

Here you can enjoy a walk with alpacas, an unforgettable experience to get to know these wonderful animals up close.
The walk covers a distance of around 2 km within the farm.
Participants will have the chance to take an alpaca on a leisurely walk accompanied by a guide. They will also get the opportunity to interact closely with the alpacas, establish a connection, and build a bond based on mutual trust.
